Cheng Xiaofeng has spent over two decades at leading US and UK law firms advising on inbound and outbound M&A, listings and major asset restructurings of Chinese enterprises, private-equity and venture investments, and antitrust compliance. His clients range from multinationals and Chinese state-owned and central enterprises to PE/VC funds, listed companies and growth-stage businesses, on transactions spanning more than thirty jurisdictions across North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
